Can I fold underset? I thought that this guy had overset on the flop turn and river and I paid him off anyway. I even helped to build the pot. When I saw his cards I was like, duh.
But I felt that I had to get involved. Like some law of poker demanded it. I need to stop thinking in terms of what I have to do, and just believing my reads, since they’re good.

The only mistake I see there is helping to build the pot. You’re probably going to read the overset more often than it’s really there, so just pay him off for the minimum, unless additional draws have appeared.
