Yesterday, I skipped lunch because I was having a pretty busy day. I came home and played my normal two hour session, and played like a crazy person. I played some exceptionally poor, un-alert, ridiculous poker.
Eating matters, at least to me. I can’t make good decisions without food. My brain requires calories.

I haven’t posted in a while, but not because I haven’t been playing.
My bankroll has been growing very steadily for a while. I’m playing in concentrated two-hour sessions, more or less daily, and that seems to work for me. I’m playing very alert, disciplined poker.
